JPG, PNG or WebP photos up to 10 MB, at least 400 px on the shorter side. Results are best with one product per photo, in focus and evenly lit. Rings, necklaces, earrings, bangles and pendants are all supported.

OrnaStudio instructs the AI to keep your design, metal, stones and proportions as they are, and to change only the background and presentation. AI can still alter small details such as stone counts, prongs or engraving, so compare every result with your original before publishing or selling against it.

Yes. Upload your logo once in Brand Kit (PNG up to 2 MB, transparent background recommended) and choose its position, size and opacity. OrnaStudio places the logo after generation, so it is never redrawn by AI and is not sent to the AI provider.

Each generation uses 1 credit. Your plan includes a fixed number of credits each billing period, and you can buy top-ups when you need more. The credit cost is always shown before you generate.

If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically and the failure appears in your history so you can try again.

Downloads are 2000 × 2000 px JPEG files, a common square size for catalogues and online listings, with your logo applied if you choose.

Yes. Your uploads and generated images are private to your business account by default. Files are kept in private storage and download links expire after a few minutes. Images are processed by an external AI provider to create your results.

Yes, at any time from Billing & Credits. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
