Refund and cancellation policy

• We don't charge you anything and don't ask for payment details.
• Credits are free. They have no cash value, so there is nothing to refund.
• You can stop using OrnaStudio at any time; there is nothing to cancel.

If a generation fails — for example the AI service is unavailable or can't process the photo — the credit is returned to your balance automatically, once. You can see every credit used and returned under Billing & Credits.

If a result changes your product, use “AI changed my product details” on the image and write to us; we review reports and may return the credit.

Before we take any payment we will publish the full refund and cancellation terms here — including how to cancel a subscription and how unused credits are handled — and email pilot customers. Nothing will be charged without your agreement at checkout.
