Terms of service

OrnaStudio lets businesses upload jewellery product photos, generate styled catalogue images with AI, add their logo and download the results. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

OrnaStudio is currently in a pilot. Features, styles and limits may change, and we may pause the service for maintenance or to control costs.

• You must be 18 or over and use OrnaStudio for your business.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

We instruct the AI to change only the background, lighting and presentation and to keep your jewellery unchanged. AI can still alter details — for example stones, chain links, engravings or proportions. You must check every image against the real product before you publish or sell from it. Use “AI changed my product details” on the image if it does. The credit for a failed generation is returned automatically.

Images are provided as they are. We don't promise that a result will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, or available at a particular time.

• Each generation uses the number of credits shown before you start.
• Trial credits are free and expire 14 days after they are added. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• If a generation fails, its credit is returned automatically.
• Paid plans are not available during the pilot. See the refund and cancellation policy.

You may only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Don't use OrnaStudio to:

• misrepresent a product — for example, showing stones, metal, purity or details the real piece doesn't have;
• create images of other brands' designs that you have no right to sell, or counterfeit goods;
• upload anything illegal, harmful, or showing people without their consent;
• try to get around credit, rate or security limits, access other accounts, or probe or overload the service;
• copy, resell or automate access to the service without our written agreement.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep all rights to the photos and logos you upload and to the images you generate. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you — including sending photos to our AI provider as described in the privacy policy. We don't use them to train AI models or in our marketing without your written permission.

The OrnaStudio name, software and website design belong to us.

You can stop using OrnaStudio and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or where the law requires it. Where reasonable we will tell you first and let you download your images.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost sales or profits), or for losses caused by publishing an image you didn't check. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it — during the free pilot, nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

We may update these terms; for important changes we will email you before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
